I can no longer hold rabbits for an indefinite period of time due to cage space issues. A pickup date must be given at time HOLD is placed. If rabbit is not picked up at that time, it will be returned to the sale list. At times I list future sale rabbits. For these rabbits an approximate date of availability is listed. These rabbits must be picked up within 1 week of that date unless special arrangements are made.
IN ADDITION to the above I ask for a 50% refundable deposit (see conditions below) to hold rabbits for a longer than a few days. To be fair to buyers I guarantee you will like the rabbits you have put on hold or I will refund your deposit. Also if for some reason I must back out of a deal your deposit will be refunded to you. However if a buyer does not show up or fails to contact me prior to time arranged time to see rabbit , I WILL NOT refund their deposit. If the rabbit(s) are reserved for pick up at a show, I reserve the right to sell the rabbit(s) if they are not picked up by noon. Because these are live animals and many different things can happen, I reserve the right to back out of a sale at any time. If this happens I will attempt to offer similar stock as replacement if available or refund the deposit.
It is important to understand that I cannot guarantee rabbits will win shows, produce litters, etc. I do however guarantee that you will receive healthy, well cared for stock.
I guarantee the health of my stock for one week after pickup. Please report any and all signs and symptoms within this time. I will attempt to provide a replacement if available. If I cannot provide such a replacement, a full refund of purchase price will be offered. Said rabbit must be returned to me in such case, along with all pedigrees and other paperwork.
